Marcus Newsome's New Book 'If God Were Your Father' is an Illuminating Discourse Across Passages the Give Clarity on How One Should Act in Faith

Recent release "If God Were Your Father" from Covenant Books author Marcus Newsome tackles an important discussion on subjects that will help one realize, know, and understand his role as a child of God.

Marcus Newsome is a southern Methodist who grew up and became a nondenominational Christian. He has completed his new book, “If God Were Your Father”: a great read that brings instruction, messages, and biblical foundation that will help one navigate his way through his spiritual journey.

Marcus writes, “In studying the Bible for many years, I’ve learned that every command of GOD leads us back to two commands: loving GOD and loving your neighbors (Exodus 20). These passages clearly point out how we should be functioning as children of GOD. A person who refuses to harken to GOD is automatically in obedience to other gods, even the god of self. Deception is when you think you are in obedience to GOD when in fact you are not. In the past, we have had many great prophets, but none of them expressed GOD the Father to perfection like the Son, Christ Jesus. So any actions outside of the harmless life of Christ subjects you to other gods and eliminates GOD as your Father.”

Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Marcus Newsome’s new book is an insightful manuscript that illuminates the readers with the knowledge and understanding of living in this world as a child of God in order for one to rightfully do his purpose in life and live with meaning.
